Join us for a gentle stroll around Thornham Estate as we explore our deep-rooted relationship with native plants — from pre-history to the present day. Along the way, you’ll uncover fascinating folklore, taste forgotten foods, sip hedge-herb tea, weave with natural fibres, and even try out a Viking whistle! 🏞️🌱📯
A fun and hands-on way to reconnect with nature and discover the stories hidden in the hedgerows. 💚

Enjoy a rare late spring stroll with local forager Jon Tyler, discovering and tasting wild seasonal foods from the fields and hedgerows of Thornham Walks. After the walk, tuck into a relaxed cream tea picnic featuring foraged favourites like mushroom wraps, scones, hedgerow jams and herbal infusions. 🍄🫐🌼
